Art-Speak is the City of Portsmouth's Cultural Commission.  Art-Speak created the Arts and Cultural Directory as a tool to promote Portsmouth's cultural scene.  The Directory highlights individual artists, artisans, craftspeople, and also artist ensembles and collectives. In addition, it includes cultural organizations, creative businesses, galleries, performance venues, historical houses, and cultural-heritage resources serving greater Portsmouth community.

Listing is voluntary.  Artists, cultural organizations, creative businesses, and venues submit their information to the Directory using the electronic form found under "Add a Listing."
